The Demo begins....  ( Ahh...... boys with their toys ...) 
The old house is gone and the hole is dug for the foundation.
 Drains are installed to keep water AWAY from the foundation.
The foundation is poured and the walls are ready for the next step. 
Rigid foam is applied to the outside walls to help reduce condensation and heat loss.
Rigid foam is also applied under the concrete floor for the same reason.
The concrete floor is poured and "floated".
The entire foundation is covered to protect the new floor while it cures.
The first floor deck is constructed. Time for a few walls!
First , garage walls get erected, then sheathed with "Advantech" brand sheathing to stiffen and keep everything "square"
Roof rafters are next, and sheathed with "Advantech" as well.
 
Work begins on the main residence. 
A steel "I" Beam is used for strength and to increas span. 
Complex rafter layout of roof design. 
Time to start interior framing.
Window layout provides great water views! 
Special care is taken to insure that all windows are air and water tight. 
Wall board is up.. Windows covered and walls are primmed for new paint..
Exterior siding is near completion.  
All Wall cavities & stud bays are sprayed with insulating foam.
Master Bedroom is ready for doors and trim. 
New fireplace is complete with stove insert.
Railing system is installed along 2nd floor walkway.
