Brunswick Fire Hose Tower

          When The Brunswick, Maine Fire Department needed to restore their original hose drying tower, there were more than a few things to consider.

         The station is located in a historical district, so the new tower had to duplicate the original.  As much of the original structure and framework as possible needed to be salvaged. And even though it had to "look" old,  the exterior  had to be constructed out of modern synthetic materials so that it would outlast the one it was replacing.

         

       Who did they believe could best tackle the project????
